In FF5, these two palette swaps are bosses (Biblos is one of the first bosses in the game, Apanda is one of the last). In Tactics, Reavers (or Apandas as they were known in the PlayStation translation) accompany Celia and Lede and use Bio magic, whereas the Byblos (FFT spelling) will join your party if you can defeat Elidibus.
