This sale is for three (3) Excalibur One-Shots from Marvel Comics. The first is Excalibur The Sword is Drawn #1 that is written Chris Claremont with art by Alan Davis and Mike Farmer and is the first appearance of the new X-Men team, Excalibur. Made up of former X-Men Nightcrawler, Shadowcat and Phoenix (Rachel Summers) with Captain Britain and his lover, Meggan, this mutant team is based in England and goes on amazing adventures to parallel worlds and alternate universes. There is also the Excalibur Mojo Mayhem #1 One-Shot that is also written by Chris Claremont with amazing art by Art Adams and sends Excalibur and the X-Babies into battle with Mojo in a last-ditch effort to take control of MojoWorld. I am also including the Excalibur Air Apparent #1 One-Shot and is written by Scott Lobdell with an excellent cover by Walter Simonson. The book is broken down into different missions for the members of Excalibur as they battle W.H.O. robots as they try to destroy the world. Nightcrawler is set to prevent Norm from detonating a nuclear bomb, Shadowcat is investigating Cayre\'s lab while Meggan destroys it, Phoenix must stop Cayre while Captain Britain is out to destroy the Air-Walker robot. Each story is drawn by a different artist like Ron Lim, Brian Stelfreeze, Dwayne Turner, Jackson Guice, Rick Leonardi, Erik Larsen and James Fry. All of these issues are printed on cardstock and squarebound with no ads and are in Near Mint condition and have been kept in a smoke-free home.
