The info is a bit unclear, but I'll look into it and see if I can find a clearer version. Instead of counting seconds, if you look closely, when you line up spell cursors, the crystals on the cursor rotate. Instead of counting milliseconds - because it's too hard - count the rotations. I'm not exactly sure how to translate my "rotation theory" into your seconds theory, but I can tell you that to cast thundaga + 1, we had everyone delay for a full rotation of the crystals. This means that the crystal on the top went down to the bottom position, then came back up to the top. Other spells that needed short delays used a half rotation.
